We are incredibly excited to be opening the first real gym for kids in the Eastern suburbs of Victoria, Australia!

My 1st Gym will have the same kind of equipment as adult gyms, except designed specifically for kids aged 6-15.

Including:

- Treadmills

- Bikes

- Interactive Equipment

- Strength Training Machines including Pin-Loaded and Free Weights

Qualified Instructors will give your child a personalized program just like in an adult gym.
